Which companies are covered?
Companies listed on a US stock exchange that file annual and quarterly reports. Companies that file only annual reports on foreign-issuer forms are not covered.
How current is the data?
It updates each US business day, after that day's filings are published.
Why is a purchase missing or marked?
Stake Radar lists purchases reported as buying shares at a price. Rows that may not be open-market buys, such as a private placement or an IPO allocation, are badged and left out of counts. Trades under a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 plan are labelled. Companies outside the coverage above are not listed.
Does Stake Radar show share prices?
No. It shows what was filed: insider purchases, results and financial statements.
