What does Stake Radar cover?
Companies listed on a US stock exchange that file annual and quarterly reports: the share purchases their insiders report, their quarterly and annual results, and their financial statements. It does not show share prices.
How often does the data update?
Each US business day, after that day's filings are published. Weekends and US market holidays bring no new filings.
Why is a purchase missing?
Only purchases reported as buying shares at a price are listed; sales, grants and option exercises are not. Companies that are not listed on a US exchange, or that file only annual reports on foreign-issuer forms, are not covered. The feed shows directors and officers by default; use the toggle at the top to include shareholders who own 10% or more.
What do the badges mean?
Rule 10b5-1 plan: the filer reported that the trade was made under a pre-arranged trading plan. avg.: the price is a weighted average of several trades, as footnoted in the filing. Possible non-market purchase: the filing mentions something like a private placement or an IPO, or the trade came within 30 days after the company's IPO; these rows are left out of counts. Marked late by filer: the filer marked the report as late.
How do I restore Pro on another device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open the Settings tab in Stake Radar and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel Pro?
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Stake Radar Pro. Free features stay free.
Why haven't my alerts arrived?
Alerts need Pro, the Alerts switch turned on in the app's Settings tab, notifications allowed for Stake Radar in iOS Settings, and Background App Refresh on. iOS decides when background refreshes run, so an alert can arrive hours after a filing.
How do I request a correction?
If you are named in a filing shown in the app and believe something is inaccurate, email kl@fireinbelly.com with the company, the date and what should change. We reply within 40 days, show filings as filed, and reflect amendments when they are filed.
Is Stake Radar investment advice?
No. It is information only. It does not recommend buying or selling any security, nothing in it predicts future results, and support replies do not discuss specific stocks.
