Your Health data, as plain rows.
Plain Rows exports what's in your Health app to CSV files you can open in any spreadsheet: every reading, or one row a day, for any range up to all time. On your iPhone only. One price, no subscription.
One price. No subscription, nothing more to buy.
Long histories that finish.
Years of heart rate can mean millions of readings. Plain Rows writes them to the file in batches, so big exports finish instead of freezing, and you see progress type by type. If something goes wrong it names the type and the date it reached, keeps what it already wrote, and carries on.
Around 190 data types.
Weight, blood pressure, heart rate, sleep stages, workouts, steps, blood glucose, symptoms, nutrition, cycle tracking and more (on iOS 18 and later).
Every reading, or one row a day.
Each reading with start, end, value, unit and source, or a daily summary: totals for things you add up, average, lowest and highest for things you measure.
Your units.
kg or lb, mg/dL or mmol/L: the same units as your Health app, or another one when your doctor asks.
Files that open cleanly.
Standard CSV that keeps its columns in Numbers and Google Sheets, with an Excel-friendly option. Several types arrive as one ZIP.
Private by design.
Works with the Apple Health app, entirely on your iPhone. No account, no server, no analytics, no ads. Files go only where you send them.
