Constructive Destruction is published by Fire in Belly (FatCouple OÜ). This policy covers the iOS app “Constructive Destruction”.

Effective date: September 3, 2026

The short version: the app collects nothing.
There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, no third-party SDKs, and no network features. The app never connects to the internet.

Data we collect

None. The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data or usage data of any kind.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress (settings, medals, coins, unlocked machines, best times) is saved only in the app's private storage on your device. It never leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes this data. The in-game “Reset progress” option deletes progress while keeping settings.

Children

The app is a general-audience arcade game with no chat, no external links in gameplay, no purchases, and no data collection, so there is nothing for us to collect from anyone, including children.

Changes

If a future version ever changes any of the above (for example, adding optional Game Center leaderboards), this policy will be updated first and the change will be listed in the App Store release notes.
