Privacy Policy — Constructive Destruction

Constructive Destruction is published by Fire in Belly (FatCouple OU). This policy covers the iOS app "Constructive Destruction".

Game progress and accounts

The app has no gameplay account or progress cloud sync. Settings, medals, coins, unlocked machines, paint choices, and best times are stored in the app's private storage. The app does not upload gameplay saves. Device backups are managed by your operating system and settings. Deleting the app deletes local progress. Reset progress clears gameplay progress while keeping settings; it does not cancel or remove an Apple purchase.

Advertising in free play

Free players may see Google AdMob banner ads on the main menu. Ads never appear during racing, countdowns, loading, pauses, or the purchase screen. Full Game Unlock removes all ads. The app waits for purchase verification before deciding whether to request advertising.

Google's Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, crash information, and performance data for advertising, fraud prevention, and analytics. Ad requests use non-personalized ads, and publisher first-party ID is disabled. Non-personalized does not mean no data is processed. The app does not request access to the advertising identifier through an App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Google's User Messaging Platform manages applicable consent messages and privacy choices. Use Ad Privacy Choices in Settings when available to review or change your choice. If consent cannot be resolved or ads cannot load, you can still play. Advertising and consent services use an internet connection. See Google's privacy policy and Google's advertising data guidance.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional one-time Full Game Unlock and purchase restoration through StoreKit. The app reads Apple-verified purchase information on your device to unlock additional cities, Championship, Hard difficulty, and ad removal. We do not receive your payment details, Apple Account credentials, or individual transaction copies from the app. Purchase information is not sent to a Fire in Belly server or a third-party purchase service. Apple handles payments under its own privacy policy and may provide us with App Store sales and financial reports.

An internet connection may be needed to load prices, buy, or restore. The app can use Apple's locally cached, verified entitlement while offline. Use Restore Purchases on the Full Game Unlock screen or in Settings if a purchase is not shown. Refunded or revoked purchases no longer unlock paid content or remove ads. Family Sharing is supported. Purchase access is read from StoreKit, not from a saved unlock flag.

Children

The app is a general-audience arcade game with no chat. Ad requests are restricted to Google's G content rating. Purchases use Apple's confirmation and parental controls, including Ask to Buy where enabled. Parents can use device restrictions to control purchases. Advertising providers process the data described above when ads are enabled.

Contact and changes

If you email support, we receive the email and information you choose to include, and use it to respond. Do not send passwords or payment details. We update this policy when the app's data practices change.
